I have worked in leadership and management in the health and social care sector for over twenty years, including running two multi-site charities, sitting on a variety of Boards and Forums, delivering training and, where needed, providing clinical governance and strategic support and if necessary, crisis management to residential, respite, supported living, day care and community services. I am now thrilled to have the opportunity to join Heart of England Mencap and work alongside you.
